Since we strive to provide a personal service to our clients, no shows and cancellations impact us greatly. As a result, we maintain a strict cancellation policy. A full fee is charged to your credit card for missed appointments, cancellations, and rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance of your appointment.
Late Policy: Appointments missed by 15 minutes or more are cancelled with a 100% spa credit, which is yours to use for your rescheduled future reservation.
